The normal fiber cutting machine due to its large format and the structure of working table, it is diffcult to cutting proper for thin material. this precision fiber laser cutting machine is specially designed for thoses industries where required cutting thin material in high accuracy, this machine adopts grinded intergration marble as motion system base, compared with the metal welding machine tool, the marble base has no deformation and internal stress problems caused by high-temperature welding, and it have higher stability and levelness than the metal welded machine frame.
The workbench is equipped with material clamping and tensioning device, which can greatly reduce shaking of materials during cutting, avoided accuracy reduce due to material shaking. there is no teeth rack at the downsite of material design, eliminates the problem of laser reflection from material supporting teeth rack, can get best cutting result for those industries which requirement high accuracy and best result.
